Shipping Costs and Delivery Conditions

Free shipping within mainland Germany.
Island surcharge: Deliveries to German islands require an additional surcharge, which will be communicated upon request.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

Parcel shipping: Delivery time within Germany is 1–3 business days. Shipping is via GLS or DPD, depending on the package type and size.
Bulky Goods Shipping: Bulky goods are shipped via a freight forwarder. The delivery time is 3–7 business days. Deliveries to German islands are subject to an island surcharge, which will be communicated upon request.

Important Information on Freight Forwarding:

For the delivery of freight forwarded goods, a valid telephone number is required so that the freight forwarder can arrange a delivery date with you. Without a telephone number, delivery cannot be made.
You will receive suggested delivery dates from the freight forwarder. If you do not accept these, storage costs may apply, which you will be responsible for.
Storage costs and the cost of returns due to incorrect address information or unavailability are borne by the recipient.

We ship to the following countries: Italy, Spain, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland (upon request), Monaco, and Luxembourg. Other countries upon request.
